Notice Period
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee.
Fees
- Missed appointments (no-shows): Full appointment fee will be charged.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours): 100% of the appointment fee may be charged.
- 24 or more hours provided: full refund.
- Exceptional circumstances will always be considered with understanding.
