Book Your Physiotherapy Session at The Village Surgery Physio

Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing a long-term condition, or looking to improve your mobility, booking an appointment with us is simple and straightforward, you do not always need to have a referral from your medical professional to book an appointment (although please check first if you are using an insurance company as you may require an authorisation code and they have their own terms and conditions).

How to Book

You can make an appointment in the following ways:

• Via this website - simply click on the 'book now' option and complete your details.
• Via the Whattsapp icon - please leave us a message and we will contact you asap.
• By email - contact us at info@thevillagesurgeryphysio.com to request a booking.
• In person - visit the reception at The Village Surgery who will be happy to assist you.
• By phone call us on 01670 712 821 to speak to the reception team.

Appointment Length & Fees

*Additional fees apply for medico legal reports.

• Online Assessment and Sessions - Can't make it to the clinic? No problem! We offer convenient online physiotherapy sessions so you can get expert care from the comfort of your home. Simply book online.
• We accept payment from insurance providers, but please check with your insurance provider first as most will provide you with a authorisation code, what we will need at or prior to your initial assessment.
• Parking is available at the large car park adjacent to the The Village Surgery.
• Disabled access: All rooms and areas inside the building comply with DDA regulations. A lift operates between the ground and first floor levels. Disabled toilets also exist on the ground floor.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or rearrange, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the slot to another patient. Cancellation less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee.
